A £30 fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final total on the day of your appointment.
Payment Method
The remaining balance must be paid in cash only. Bank transfers are not accepted.
Late Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. After 15 minutes, a £20 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the £30 securing fee will not be refunded.
Hair Preparation
Hair must be freshly washed, detangled, and fully blow dried before your appointment. If hair is dirty or contains oils or heavy product build-up, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If any additional blow drying is needed during the appointment, there will be no extra charge.
Hair Included
Hair and curls are included in all braided services. Bundles and crochet soft locs are not included.
